If you are seeing strange symbols/fonts during your training, it is possible that you are using an unsupported or old version of the browser that does not support HTML5. This issue is most commonly found in Internet Explorer. 

We can advise if you continue to have trouble viewing and passing the training that you verify that you are running the MOST current versions of the following: 

• Adobe Flash Player (v.25+)
• Internet Explorer 11, Mozilla Firefox v.52+(recommended browser), Google Chrome
• Internet connection with 500+ Kbps with consistent and uninterrupted connectivity (no drop in wifi)

If you are still experiencing issues, please clear out your cache in your history settings, switch browsers, and/or restarting your computer to resolve problem.
