Your enrollment notification contains the link to the training, your username, and password. It is normally sent on the date of purchase for online orders or a scheduled date set by your employer.

Please check both your inbox and spam/junk folders for the enrollment notification.

If  you are still not receiving our emails,  It’s possible that you may need to notify your IT department to white list our email address, LMS_Support@compliancetraninggroup.com.

As an option, I have also included a list of our IP addresses below that need to be white listed:
