The progress may have been interrupted due to a number of reasons that includes improperly saving the progress, a drop in internet connection, or closing the blue main course window. In order to track your progress, the blue course title page must be open in a separate browser window at all times.  

As a one-time courtesy, we can guide you back to where you left off however we require the exact section number and page. Due to compliant regulations, there is no fast forwarding in the course so we must manually guide the training back to where it was left previously. The process may take up to 24 business hours.
