The inability to view/navigate the course potentially due to your computers unavailable applications, updates and or plugins to interact with this media content.
This issue is most commonly found in Internet Explorer due to it's instability in running HTML5. We highly recommend you switch to our recommended browsers, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
We can advise if you continue to have trouble viewing and passing the training that you verify that you are running the MOST current versions of the following:
- Mozilla Firefox (recommended browser) or Google Chrome
- Internet connection with 500+ Kbps with consistent and uninterrupted connectivity (no drop in wifi)
