To move forward with the training, you must click on the "Next Arrow" button located on the upper right hand corner of your screen. This arrow will only activate once the entire video/slide has finished playing.

If the above options do no work, it could potentially be due to your computers unavailable applications, updates and or plugins to interact with this media content. We can advise if you are having trouble viewing and passing the training that you verify that you are running the MOST current versions of the following:

• Adobe Flash Player (v.25+)
• Mozilla Firefox v.52+(recommended browser)
• Google Chrome
• Internet Explorer 11/Edge
• Internet connection with 500+ Kbps with consistent and uninterrupted connectivity (no drop in wifi)

If you are still experiencing issues, please clear out your cache in your history settings, switch browsers, and/or restarting your computer to resolve problem.
